Principal Management Consultant
Marci entered the world of foodservice in 2009 as a Catering Driver/Server for Cosmopolitan Catering in Sunnyvale, CA. After just two years, she transitioned into the world of corporate event production while also working closely with colleagues focused on corporate catering and café management. Armed with 8 years of experience in all aspects of catering, Marci was ready to transition into foodservice consulting. She wanted to utilize her knowledge to assist clients in putting together and maintaining the best foodservice program for their company and so becoming a partner at SCG FoodSpace in 2017 was just the ticket!
In addition to her background in foodservice, Marci holds a Master’s in Counseling Psychology from Santa Clara University and is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. This education and training greatly assists her with managing relationships between her clients and their vendors.
Marci adores spending time with her husband, Chris, and their three children, Matt, Emmett, and Harper. She also enjoys all things crafty, especially baking!
